Lodging Group SL is responsible for compliance with the processing of the customer's personal data in accordance with the guidelines set out above in the Personal Data Protection Act.

 

The purposes, legally required, for which Lodging Group SL must request and process personal data from the customer are:

 

The conclusion of the rental agreement between customer and owner / lessor of the booked accommodation. The lease cannot be concluded without these personal data.

 

The realization of other agreements, such as there, car and boat rental, for which the mediation of Lodging Group SL has been requested by the customer.

 

Collecting rent from the customer and paying this to the homeowner / landlord.

 

Collecting deposits

 

Lodging Group SL undertakes to treat the information provided by the customer with the utmost care and to store it securely in its database.

 

The following personal data will be requested by Lodging Group SL and stored for the maximum period required:

When handling a booking request: Customer name, email address and telephone number of the customer.

For the purpose of establishing the rental agreement between customer and homeowner / landlord: Name of customer (main booker), address, email address, telephone number (s) and passport / ID. number. In addition to the name and email address, this information will be removed from Lodging Group SL's database after the closing of the financial year.

 

When mediating by Lodging Group SL in the realization of another agreement such as car rental: Name, address, email address and telephone number

At check-in at the accommodation: Passport data of all travellers aged 16 and older for the legally required registration in the database of the Guardia Civil on site. These data will be removed from Lodging Group SL's database after registration.

 

For the purpose of sending newsletters: name and email address. This data will be removed from Lodging Group SL's database after cancellation by the customer.

The customer's personal data will not be stored by Lodging Group SL for longer than is strictly necessary. The customer has the right to check this data at any time, to adjust it and if desired (always in writing by email to info@holidayvillas-ibiza.com to demand the removal of this data)

 

For the purpose of establishing the rental agreement between the customer and the home owner / landlord, the personal data of the customer, insofar as necessary for this, will also be provided by Lodging Group SL to the home owner / landlord and stored by the home owner / landlord for the time necessary for renting out the accommodation.

 

In cases of mediation by Lodging Group SL in the conclusion of other agreements (including car rental and boat rental), the privacy and cookie policy of the relevant provider applies. With this, the responsibility with regard to the correct treatment within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act passes to the relevant provider. Personal data of the customer will only be provided to the aforementioned providers after the customer has indicated that he wishes to use the services of the respective provider.
